What I want to tell you in advance!
Since 2014 I have been a self-employed business coach with a passion for strong self-esteem and great joy in supporting people in their personal development within or outside of a professional context.
I started my professional life with a bank apprenticeship. I worked in banking for almost 20 years, but my heart was never truly in it. Through a personal coaching process, I learned that work could be easy and enjoyable for me. Even today, I draw on my wealth of experience in my work and enjoy sharing it in workshops.
I originally come from Rheinhessen. My dialect has remained true to me – a blessing and a curse! I lived in the USA and Munich for several years, and now I live with my husband and our three children in southwest Berlin.
I jog regularly, preferably with music in my ears. I love reading, especially literature that explores the human psyche and its darker aspects. I enjoy social events with friends. And humor plays a significant role in my life, not only in my personal life but also in coaching and workshop settings.

HOW I WORK
I work in a goal-oriented and highly structured manner, while simultaneously remaining flexible and responsive to the needs of my clients and customers in the workshop setting. One of my core principles is to always clearly explain the purpose and objectives of each step and intervention.
In coaching, I am a big fan of the hypnosystemic and process- and embodiment-focused approaches. My clients quickly gain clarity about involuntary and often unconscious thought patterns, which we then address in a goal-oriented and individualized way.
Clients and workshop groups often give me feedback that I bring a lot of energy and, with ease and appreciative humor, quickly create a space that makes openness and trust possible.
