Holistic organizational development for long-term success
My focus in organizational development lies in the holistic consideration and management of change processes. My clients don't receive piecemeal solutions or purely technical advice from me. During the initial consultation, we analyze the need for change and potential interactions between the individual elements of the organization. We consider the organization's current stage of development and determine how to best manage the change.
My consulting approach is based on the principle that the people within the organization are and remain in the driver's seat. Together, we thoroughly analyze the desired and current states, and I ask the right questions along the way. I support companies in process design and implementation – ensuring that the change achieves the desired impact sustainably.

Together, we first examine the desired impact of the skills training. Following a thorough needs analysis, I offer tailored learning designs for training courses or workshops.
